These terms cover your use of the ClickMagnet website and the early-access waitlist. ClickMagnet has not launched yet, so these terms are intentionally simple. A full agreement will apply to the product when it becomes available.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Early access — what the waitlist is (and isn't)

  • Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee access, a spot, a price, or a launch date.
  • Everything on this site — features, plans, and pricing — describes what we're building and may change before launch.
  • We may change, pause, or stop the waitlist or the planned product at any time.

No guarantee of results

The numbers, charts, and examples on this site are illustrative — they show how the product is meant to work, not a promise of views, subscribers, or income. Results depend on your niche, your effort, YouTube, and many things outside our control. ClickMagnet does not guarantee any particular outcome or earnings.

AI-generated content

ClickMagnet is designed to create videos using artificial intelligence. When the product launches:

  • Videos are produced by AI and published to your own YouTube channel, under your control.
  • You are responsible for following YouTube's rules and the rules of any platform you publish to — including disclosing AI-generated or synthetic media where those platforms require it.
  • ClickMagnet aims to support and follow platform disclosure guidelines, but you remain responsible for the channels and content you run.

Acceptable use

Please use the site normally. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or misuse it, submit other people's information to the waitlist, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The ClickMagnet name, text, design, and graphics on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Provided "as is"

This website and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, ClickMagnet is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ClickMagnet develops. When we do, we'll change the "effective" date above. A separate, fuller agreement will apply to the product at launch.
